Ordering Process

1. Artwork Submission
- Email: Send your artwork and order details to info@gurugraphics.com.au
2. File Requirements
- Accepted Formats: High-resolution JPEG, PDF, TIFF, AI, EPS, PSD
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for sharp and clear printing
- Colour Mode: Files must be in CMYK for accurate colour reproduction
- Fonts: Convert all text to outlines or provide the font files to avoid substitution issues
3. Artwork Review
Once we receive your artwork, our team will carefully review it to ensure it meets our printing standards.
If your artwork does not meet the requirements, we may request adjustments.
If suitable artwork cannot be provided, we reserve the right to decline the job.
4. Refund Policy
If you are unable to supply artwork that meets our specifications, a full refund will be issued for your order.
